【注意事项】

1、下肢静脉曲张者，宜由下而上采取适当手法，手法要轻。
2、不面向电风扇刮痧、尽量避风。
3、头部，面部不必抹油，保健刮痧可隔衣刮拭。
4、温刮按摩时，有时会有少许毛细血管出血，渗到附近组织，再行吸收，这是增加抵抗力的一种方法，属正常情况。
5、温刮按摩操作时朝一个方向刮拭，切忌不可多个方向来回刮痧。
6、温刮不必强行出痧。

【禁忌症】
[Contraindication]
1、有出血倾向的疾病，如血小板减少症、白血病、过敏性紫癜症等不宜用
泻刮手法，宜用补刮或平刮法。如出血倾向严重者应暂不用此法。
2、原因不明的肿块及恶性肿瘤部位禁刮，可在肿瘤部位周围进行补刮。
3、妇女月经期下腹部慎刮，妊娠期下腹部禁刮。
